1. A relevant B.Tech, B.E degree or certification in electronics engineering, or a related field is preferred.

2. Technical Proficiency: Strong technical background with expertise in repairing electronics PCBs, relevant technologies, systems, or equipment to optimize the time properly.

3. Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and managing a technical team.

4. Customer Focus: Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
